WEB stands for WEB Easy Builder.
WEB is a very small but very useful program that helps you building your HTML sites.
It puts together your web pages from an amount of different files before you place
your web site online. That avoids having to repeat the same code several times.
Let's take an example: this web site, we wrote it with one template that is the same
for the hole site, and the text of each page was automatically inserted in this
template.
